Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of XEvents. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to the terms below. A full, countersigned agreement is available on request for enterprise customers.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for the accuracy of event data you publish.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use XEvents to send spam, host illegal content, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, or interfere with the service for other customers.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into XEvents. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide and improve the service.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners.
